Using an abstraction of the spine itself as the core – shown in bone-gray – the muscles and nerves are expressed in a variety of lengths to reference the myriad ways in which pain expresses itself. Even the spaces within the logo serve to remind the viewer of the often staccato presentation of injury. Meanwhile, the rainbow coloration adds an air of hopefulness to the process of pain management.
